Statute of Limitations for a Disease Claim Filed by a Railroad Worker

In this video, two experienced railroad worker injury attorneys discuss the statute of limitations for a railroad disease claim filed under the Federal Employers Liability Act (i.e. the FELA). A statute of limitations is a finite window of time for an injured plaintiff to file a claim. For a railroad disease claim, the statute of limitations is three years from the time you learn, or reasonably should have learned, that you had the disease.
