Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) Statute of Limitations

http://carolina.hsinjurylaw.com/reports/dos-donts-when-injured-at-a-railroadthe-railroad-workers-fela-rights.cfm.

The FELA statute of limitations is three years. This means you must file a FELA claim within three years starting from the date the accident occurred. However, if you have been diagnosed with mesothelioma due to asbestos exposure or some other railroad worker disease, the statute of limitations begins when you are diagnosed with the disease.
