North Carolina Personal Injury Lawyer Perspective:

This fatal wreck shows that all drivers need to pay close attention to all traffic signals, signs and speed limits. It is especially important to use caution at all intersections. Our hearts go out to the victim’s family.

A personal injury lawyer consultation could be helpful in this sad case; the truck company may be able to be sued for wrongful death in a civil claim. The family could be entitled to financial compensation for their pain and suffering.
