The North Carolina Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

This accident is a horrifying picture of negligence shown by the driver. Speeding plays a role in the overwhelming majority of deadly accidents in North Carolina (NC). As experienced North Carolina (NC) personal injury attorneys we report on and help many clients in accidents in which speed has been a factor. Drivers should always make sure to closely follow posted speed limits. These limits are not arbitrary. They have been tested and proven to be a safe speed for the road in question. Following the speed limit will reduce the chances of an accident and while wrecks do occur during lower speeds, injuries are less severe.
