Rear-End Collisions Involving Trains Raise Concerns

In his latest post to our Virginia law firm’s Railroad Accident/FELA Lawyer Blog, my colleague Rick Shapiro welcomes two safety recommendations from the National Transportation Safety Board regarding the needs to lower speeds and increase distances between trains following each other on the same tracks.
