Norfolk, VA Personal Injury Attorney Reports: Birth Control and HRT Pills Put Women at Risk for Deadly Side Effects

Comments (2)
In his latest post to our firm's VA-NC Medical Surgery Malpractice Blog, my Carolina personal injury law firm colleague John C. reports on new evidence showing that taking Bayer's Yaz or another birth control pill containing the synthetic hormone drosperinone significantly raises a woman's risk for developing a potentially fatal blood clot. John also points to a rash of rash lawsuits from women who took the estrogen-based hormone replacement therapy medication Prempro who allege drugmaker Pfizer failed to provide adequate warnings about cancer risks. Knowing what to do and how to get things done is usually very important. Naturally, it really is also very important to know the way in which to get it done. But that is not enough by itself; it does not conclude there. Knowing just what exactly NOT to do and what mistakes to avoid is also important. The simplest way to achieve that is to discover what mistakes others have made when seeking lawsuit loans and settlement loans so you can steer clear of making those same mistakes.
