NC Teen Suffers Head Injury in Pedestrian Accident During Scavenger Hunt

A 14-year-old-girl and a 15-year-old boy are in the hospital after taking part in a scavenger hunt in Kannapolis, North Carolina (NC). While searching for clues, the teens wound up on Mount Olivet Road, where they were hit by a van. Emergency responders were called to the scene, and the teens had to be rushed to Carolinas Medical Center-Northeast. According to Justice News Flash, the girl is listed in critical condition with serious head injuries, and the boy is in stable condition but still recovering.
