NC Car Crash Results in Death of Motorcyclist

A car accident killed a 41-year-old motor bike rider, when the man crashed with a car and was then hit by another car in Mint Hill, North Carolina (NC), according to WSOCTV.com and WBTV.

Mint Hill, NC police said a driver of a Ford Windstar van tried to make a left turn onto NC 51 from Evans Road, pulling into the path of the motorcyclist. The motor bike rider collided with the van and lost control. He got ejected from his bike, and then hit by a Jeep Cherokee traveling in the other direction.

The motorcyclist died at the scene due to his injuries. The exact details of what caused the motorcycle accident remained under investigation.

Even if criminal charges are filed, the family or friends of the motorcyclist who died in this NC motorcycle and car wreck might have to file a Mecklenburg County wrongful death case against any responsible parties in order to get justice for the pain they suffered.
