The North Carolina Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

Stopping on the side of a major highway is never safe; by no means should you think your safety is certain. Your vehicles hazard lights, reflecting triangles, and even road flares are all great ways to draw attention of passing drivers. But even if a passing vehicle notices your warning signs it is still possible they might drift into your path and could wind up striking the side of your vehicle or even worse you.
