ATV Accident Claims the Life of Teenager from North Carolina (NC)

My colleague Rick Shapiro has posted a new blog on our North Carolina injuryboard site about a 17-year-old from North Carolina who was killed while riding an all-terrain vehicle in West Virginia (WV). He notes the large number of deaths linked to ATV rollover accidents and a number of pending lawsuits.The teenager was not wearing a helmet when his ATV hit a guardrail and plunged over an embankment.
