Mr. Duffan is a native of Virginia Beach who earned his bachelor's degree from James Madison University and his juris doctorate from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. He was previously employed as a Senior Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Virginia Beach, and as Associate Counsel for Litigation at Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC in Norfolk.
