Below is Information about our track record of success
Our North Carolina personal injury law firm obtained a record-setting $46 million jury verdict (in the Commonwealth of Virginia) for a worker who suffered a mild traumatic brain injury in a train derailment. Though the initial verdict was for $46 million, with pre-judgment interest set by the jury, the verdict totalled $60 million and the case was settled confidentially on appeal after the trial judge granted a new trial on damages. Check out the video below about this trial verdict, along with other verdicts and settlements.
